Background:
When COVID-19 hit, Skyfii's customers were scrambling. As the Product Marketing Manager, I worked closely with executive leadership, sales, engineering, and customers to quickly bring an innovative solution to market.
defining the Solution
Skyfii (now called Beonic) provides location-based insights to physical venues, like major retailers, shopping malls, and airports. When COVID-19 hit – those customers were scrambling to adjust.

Fortunately, Skyfii already had the underlying technologies and capabilities to help them. We just needed to repackage it into a clear solution. Working with the product development, sales, and executive leadership teams, as well as our customers—I defined the key messaging for the solution, and translated it into marketing campaigns, website landing pages, and sales materials to communicate the value of the solution to new and existing customers.
Building awareness
One of the key campaigns we launched featured an infographic, highlighting how Skyfii's solutions could help businesses meet CDC guidelines (as well as customer expectations) for safely reopening. I defined the messaging, wrote the copy, and worked with the in-house design team to develop and direct the creative.

Global sales team
Skyfii's customers spanned across several key verticals and global geographies. In collaboration our global sales team, and in-house design team, I produced a suite of sales materials (from one page sell sheets to presentations) that would effectively enable them.
Project Highlights
  • Created a product messaging framework, ensuring that the messaging for key customer personas and verticals was communicated consistently across web, social, sales materials, and marketing collateral
  • Launched an email marketing campaign to educate existing customers, achieving a 64% open rate
  • Collaborated cross-functionally to produce a range of marketing collateral and sales materials to effectively communicate the value of the solution
